- Free use of all public transport within the South Tyrol Integrated Transport System: regional trains from Brennero to Trento, local buses, the cable cars to Colle, Renon (Bolzano–Soprabolzano), Maranza, Meltina and Verano, the narrow-gauge railway on the Renon and the Mendola funicular, as well as one round trip with the Swiss PostBus between Malles and Müstair.

This way, your holiday in the Sarntal will be even more relaxing, flexible, and full of variety. - The price of your stay includes breakfast, a choice of evening menu with a buffet of salads and vegetables, themed dinners, use of the sauna, free rental of cross-country skiing equipment, snowshoes, and sleds, a waxing station, and a small repair area for alpine skiers.
- Prices are per person, per night, and include half board.
- Arrivals are possible every day.The rooms and suites are ready to check-in from 4 pm to 6 pm. We ask you to inform us in case of late arrival.On the day of departure, please leave your room by 10 am.
- A seasonal supplement of 15.00 € - 25.00 € is charged for stays of 1-3 nights. A stay with the half board can be booked starting from 3 nights.
- Please make the down payment by advance transfer as indicated in the booking confirmation.
- Pets in the Hotel and RestaurantPlease note: Dogs are unfortunately not allowed in our hotel and restaurant.We thank you for your understanding and consideration for all our guests.
- Smoking in our rooms and suites is not permitted.
- From the minimum occupancy (visible in the detailed room/suite sheet):children up to 1.9 years: 30 € per daychildren 2 to 5.9 years: 50% of the regular pricechildren 6 to 8.9 years: 65% of the regular priceand 9 to 13.9 years 75% of regular price.Teenagers or a third person in the parents' room/suite receive a 10% discount.

- Free cancellation up to 28 days before the check-in date.Later cancellations:
- up to 14 days before arrival: 40% of total price

Early departure: 70% of the remaining stay. - We accept cash as well as credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and debit cards.Please note cash payments are allowed only up to €4,999.99 (excluding non-EU citizens).
- According to our availability, we consider your individual room request.The rooms could be slightly different from the pictures, floor plans, decoration, and furniture.
- Upon request and for an additional fee we cook lactose- or gluten-free alternatives.
