Products From the Surroundings
We focus on the best of our valley: from Eschgfeller mountain pine essences to Vitalis eco-sustainable shower products. The meat that we offer comes from our farm, the hunters and farmers of the Pens Valley, and the mushrooms and vegetables from the surrounding area.
A Sustainable Stay
The body care products from TEAM DR JOSEPH are filled in reusable dispensers, and to save water and energy, we change towels only upon request. Recycling is part of our daily routine, as is using reusable bottles and making a conscious choice to give up plastic.
Green Mobility
Upon your arrival, you can recharge your electric car quickly and easily at our accommodation. In addition, all our guests receive the Sarntal Card, which allows free use of all regional public transportation in South Tyrol - for sustainable mobility throughout your stay.
Photovoltaics and Hydropower
Solar panels on the roof cover most of our energy needs. The remaining flow, on the other hand, is green electricity that comes from the Pens Energy Cooperative. In doing so, we focus on clean energy resources to offer you an environmentally sustainable stay.
